Admiral Fallow | Tree Bursts in Snow
Following the success of their debut album
Boots Met My Face, Glasgow-based indie folk group Admiral Fallow secured an international recording contract with Canadian record label Nettwerk Records. The follow up to Boots… was released in Europe and North America in the Spring of 2012 and saw the band enjoy further acclaim from music fans and critics.
The album artwork and promotional campaign featured striking imagery from the Syringe series of paintings by UK artist Kezia Ruth Merrick, selected after catching the eye of Admiral Fallow frontman Louis Abbott. The paintings featured heavily on CD packaging, album release posters and promotional material for live dates and radio. Fans who ordered advance copies of the album were also rewarded with an additional limited edition Tree Bursts in Snow poster, featuring Abbotts’ hand written lyrics.
