Identity, Editorial, Print & Digital

The Digital R&D fund for the Arts is a £7
million fund to support collaboration between organisations with arts projects, technology providers and researchers. It is a partnership between Arts Council England, the Arts & Humanities Research Council and Nesta.

The Native identity was created to serve as
a platform for promoting Digital R&D Fund projects in England by way of a 128 page print magazine with accompanying website. The online presence was subsequently expanded
to include projects from Scotland and Wales,
as well as a section highlighting case studies from around the world — co-curated by the British Council. The identity was also used as
the basis of a robust project report template, which has been an incredibly effective tool for streamlining workflow between project teams and Digital R&D Fund managers and ensuring
all reports are consistent and clearly recognisable as part of the Native family.
